2025's Transformation class broke records and pushed the limits on what can be achieved in the 6 month time frame. Theresa Darnell took the 3rd place trophy home for her amazing weight loss transformation dropping 44.5 lbs and 12.4% body fat. Check out this amazing transformation from WPD Pro .sedulous who just ended a phenomenal 2025 season with 🌎 Championships and the Masters Nationls. Dr. Sanders is very open about her transformations, which include an initial 72 lb weight loss while battling hyperthyroidism, and another 75 lb weight loss after having her daughter. She went from postpartum to show prep, making an amazing comeback to the stage and showcasing her physique with some superior posing. Congratulations Sherille, we are all inspired by your tenacity.
