You’ll be guided through fully supported Yin and Restorative postures, allowing the nervous system to exhale while warm stones offer soothing heat to melt tension and invite deep relaxation. Throughout the afternoon, Marie will offer gentle alignment techniques and hot stone placement to help the body feel held, cared for, and deeply supported.

Slow down, soften, and sink into profound rest during this luxurious restorative yoga experience enhanced with the gentle warmth of hot stones. Designed to calm the nervous system and release deeply held tension, this practice invites you to fully let go and receive.

Supported by bolsters, blankets, and props, you’ll be guided through a series of long-held restorative poses while smooth, heated stones are placed on key areas of the body to encourage circulation, ease muscle tension, and create a sense of grounding and safety.

Expect slow transitions, mindful breathing, soothing cues, and an extended savasana that leaves you feeling restored, balanced, and deeply relaxed.
