Effective immediately, my cancellation policy will be updated:

• No-show appointments: 100% service charge
• Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment: 50% service charge

I arrive early to set up and prepare for each session, so early notice is truly appreciated and allows me the opportunity to fill your time slot. I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I will take each situation into consideration. This policy helps ensure my time is respected, just as a respect yours.

As we head into winter, sickness is on the rise. If you’re feeling under the weather, please let me know ASAP so we can reschedule your appointment. Massage is contraindicated when you’re sick—and although I love my clients, please don’t share your germs with me 😉😅
