🌟Meet the Teacher: Samantha🌟
‘For more than 20 years, my mat has traveled everywhere with me—from corporate studios and cozy local classes to mountain top hikes, beach flows, and even climbing crags.
Yoga began as a purely physical practice, a way to challenge and move my body—but everything shifted during pregnancy with my oldest son. Prenatal yoga, and a very special teacher, helped me heal, grow, and step into motherhood with strength and grace.
After more than a decade in Southern California, life brought my husband, our three young boys, and me back to Virginia. My home yoga practice came with me, but I soon realized I was seeking a deeper connection to something greater. This led to the completion of my 200-hour yoga teacher training with
What started as a personal journey became something so much bigger—a calling to share yoga as a practice of self-love, empowerment, and connection.’
