One of the biggest reasons bodies change after 40
and it has nothing to do with willpower.

Most women don’t suddenly “start doing it wrong” in midlife.
What catches up is years of undereating.

When you consistently eat below your BMR, your body adapts to survive:

• Muscle mass declines
• Metabolism slows
• Fat storage increases
• Hunger shows up later as binge eating

This is sarcopenia, and it doesn’t start at menopause.

This is happening Saturday the 10th at 10:00am .

We’ll start with a gentle walk, then come back to write using simple reflection prompts.

These aren’t goal-setting worksheets or “fix yourself” exercises.

They’re meant to help you:
- notice what mattered this past year
- recognize what supported you
- name what you want to carry forward
- narrow down a few true priorities.

This is about clarity, not pressure.
Reflection, not reinvention.
