Liberty Centre Services is looking for a full-time Case Manager to join our community support program! This is a meaningful, professional role working directly with adults living with mental illness and/or substance use diagnoses.

As a Case Manager, you’ll walk alongside individuals in the community—offering hope, skill-building, and hands-on support. Our team helps with housing, employment, accessing community resources, medication compliance, transportation, self-care, symptom management, budgeting, appointments, coping skills, safety planning, and relapse prevention. Services are provided side-by-side in the community, not from behind a desk.

Education & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, sociology, or a related human services field preferred
—or—
📚 2 years of coursework in a human services field with 2 years of professional experience or lived recovery experience considered

🚗 A valid Nebraska driver’s license and insurable driving record are required.
