Brighter Days Housing, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Manager to join our growing team.
This role requires someone who is flexible and available on-call 24 hours, with a strong passion for leadership and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

✔️ Supervising daily residential operations
✔️ Ensuring resident safety, care, and well-being
✔️ Managing regulatory compliance and staff oversight

Qualifications:

✔️ Experience in group home or residential settings
✔️ Strong leadership and organizational skills
