Whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice or step confidently into teaching, our 200HR program covers everything from functional anatomy + creative sequencing to yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and more.

Our annual food drive was a HUGE success thanks to our incredible Sky’s the Limit Yoga Co. family!

Both our Norfolk and Cape Charles studios showed up with so much heart. 💜

Thank you for the donations, the love, and the commitment to lifting up our community. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you! 🙌
