Love showing this trick to car seat carrying parents because it can make such a huge difference!!

Had a lot of fun brainstorming an entire session with a client and her baby figuring out better ways to hold, lift and carry her little one to decrease her daily back pain. We adjusted her baby carrier, tweaked how she was lifting in and out of the stroller and the crib, latching the car seat in and out of the car, and more! I love problem solving sessions!

Caring for children is physically demanding, don't accept aches and pains along with it.

My youngest got to help setting up the new office! He tested all the blocks for the kids’ corner, jumped off every plyo box, bounced around the entire room on the stability ball and tested my multi-tasking brain asking a million questions while I read picture only instructions!
