As many of you know, HFC will be closing the doors at the end of the year. I cannot tell you how incredible the past 8 years have been serving the Hampton Roads community but the time has come for the next chapter in our lives.

I appreciate the love and support from all of my patients and families as I make the transition to caring for mine. This bittersweet time has been full of joy and a few tears as I say goodbye.

The last day to get adjusted is December 18. I hope to see you and your loved ones before then and I wish you all the best.
