👉🏼 your appointment time is YOURS and yours only! I don’t accept calls or return messages during patient visits out of respect for our time. If you’re needing to quickly book or modify an appointment, this app is the easiest way to do so 😊
👉🏼 if you need to reach me, you’re welcome to call or text and I’ll get back with you during lunch hours or after patient scheduled hours 📲
👉🏼 Motive requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to any appointment changes, otherwise the patient may be charged for half the appointment. For same day cancellations, the full amount will be charged. No shows and last minute cancellations leave a void in our schedule that often can’t be filled by patients seeking treatment. We ask that you be respectful of protecting our provider’s time and give timely notice so that others may have the opportunity to get in.
