Memberships Are Currently Inaccurate!
Hello, Oodelah Members! Caelie here! Alyssa is currently working diligently to fix our current technical issues as we transition to a new booking software. Unfortunately, memberships transferred to the new software with inaccurate pricing listed in the emails. Soooooo many emails, and I apologize for that!
So, here's what you need to know!
Disregard any emails telling you your membership has been canceled. We're good on that. We only need you to input your card into the new system to keep your membership running just like it always has. By the time you click on the link to add your card to your file, the reflected pricing should be accurate. If it is not, give us 24 hours and check back. If it STILL looks weird, shoot us an email so we can double check that your membership is set up correctly. ALL MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE PAUSED UNTIL PAYMENT INFO IS ADDED. You have not lost any credits.
Truly truly sorry to blow up your emails on a sunny Sunday afternoon, but I promise we will get everything smoothed out quickly. This new system will be an improvement, once we get the bugs worked out!
