😱OMG This is going to be huge!
(Daily posts are challenging for me. Why? I think I don't have much to say. So today being Sunday was especially challenging. And then it hit me...Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE needs to hear this one!

🥸TODAY IS CLEAN UP YOUR ALGORITHMS DAY!! Last week I had a few insights about algorithms and what Y'all are getting in your head. From (𝘶𝘯𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥) health advisors to politics to actual energy systems and the energies of our own family, friends and everyone around us.

🚶♀️Just 3 steps to start:
1. Ask social media to show you solutions instead of problems. For example if your feed has been full of evil overbearing N@rci$$ts. Ask for the opposite. Google loving, forgiving people, healthy kids, watch comedies, and romances.

🧹2. Clean up your social media feeds...𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 3 𝘥𝘰𝘵𝘴 on the negative posts and adds and then search for solutions! Especially Politics...what if you searched "What positive changes have the left or right made this year?" Head down that road, and then ask yourself, "SELF, are MY posts positive and filling people with joy and hope, or (heaven forbid) fear and dread?"

☀️3. Clean up your personal energy. I love to start my day Ground, Protect, Connect. Then shut off the endless chatter of negative people. You have better things to do. Give sincere complements. I gave 2 today, and have only come in contact with 2 live people! I challenge you to UP YOUR GAME! Let's see if we can start the change!

It's Saturday! I hope you have a spectacular weekend! Some of you are still hanging with relatives or holiday friends (BOOBOO says, "Remember, GUESTS and FISH 🐟🐠stink after 3 days!"

🗓️ 1. TODAY is a good day to take some time to think about what you want to accomplish next year. Force some quiet time. Think about STRESSLESS January. How does that see, sound, and feel to you? Jot it down. Put it in a place you HAVE to see it every day!
🎆 2. Now PLAN exactly what you can do each day to make it happen! READY, SET GO!

☀️It's the day after Christmas and TODAY is the best day to get the jump on 2026!

😴You may be feeing drained, stressed, overwhelmed, or just plain fed up!

😀❤️So let's do just two things to make life better TODAY.

🗑️ 1. Do a fast TRASH OUT! Run through the house, (OK BOOBOO reminds me that I should WALK in the house not run!). Grab all the trash you can find, fill a bag, and get it OUT of the house. Try to take only 15 minutes, but don't quit until all the trash is OUT! Wrapping paper, tinsel, even stuff that was just hanging out BEFORE Christmas!
🍗 2. Plan your health eating leftovers for 1-2 days. (After that, it's gross!🤢 so throw that out too!

THEN, GO RELAX, WORK IF YOU MUST, WATCH A MOVIE, KISS A LOVED ONE, BE HAPPY!

STRESSED?  Holidays add a significant amount of busy-ness which can cause overwhelm, stress, and even exhaustion.Why not...

Why not try thinking in a new way? Think about the BEST things, not the worst. Think about enjoying family and friends. You know you want to.

Worried about the food? NOPE focus on the day!
