This year’s theme, “Co-Building Hope and Harmony: A Harambee Call to Unite a Divided Society,” reminds us that meaningful changes happen when we come together to support one another. Inspired by “harambee,” meaning all pull together, social workers help bridge gaps, advocate for dignity, and strengthen families during life’s most vulnerable moments.
