Identical Dental laboratory is looking for 2-3 energetic, experienced dental lab technicians to join our team.

Candidates should have:
- a positive attitude
- be responsible
- Ability to identify and problem solve independently and as part of a team
- great work ethic
- is punctual
- highly motivated
- self starter that is ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- detail oriented
- enthusiastic
- must be able to multi-task and complete tasks by following strict timeline
- Must be willing to attend CE events and seminars
- must be able to produce quality products in a timely manner

Skills needed:
- Must be able to read prescriptions and follow instructions assigned to each case.
Model technician: dental experience a plus
Lab manager/ Ceramics: Must have minimum of 3 years experience
CAD/CAM technician: must be have some scan/design experience and be able to fit/adjust crowns after milling.
All positions are Full time.
Vacation pay after 1 year employment
Holiday pay after 90 days employment

One of our All on 4 cases recently finished! Such a beautiful result!

All-on-4 procedures allow patients to get back to chewing and smiling, and that’s exactly what we were able to give back to this patient. Prior to her treatment with our office, her dentures were ill-fitting and uncomfortable. She couldn’t enjoy the foods she once loved. Our office partnered with her dentist, Dr. Stacia Dowell at Dowell Dentistry of Norman to give her a beautiful and functional smile. Unfortunately Barbara couldn't join us for this episode so Elvis recorded the episode solo from the exhibit hall at the Eastern Conference of Dental Laboratories. No worries, she will be back next week. This week we sat down with Denture Dan Elfring who talked about his days in the United States Air Force, working in a in-office lab, and being a CDT examiner. Then Elvis is joined by Elise Holasek and Anita Cranford (both CDTs) from Identical Dental Lab who talk about starting off as delivery drivers to becoming lab owners.
