Building a healthy dinner doesn't have to be complicated! During National Nutrition Month, focus on your portion sizes. Unless your doctor advises otherwise, half your plate should be veggies and fruits, a quarter should be protein, and the last quarter should be carbohydrates.

Healthy Eating Tip: With your doctor's approval, drink plenty of water with your meals. We may not think of water as "nutrition," but it actually plays a really important role in healthy digestion.

How much does home health care cost?

Great question!

Home health is a covered benefit if you have original Medicare (Part A). That means you will have no out-of-pocket expense for these services with original Medicare.

Medicare Advantage Plans (Part C) have different types of coverage. Some will cover home health, but there may be a copayment involved.
