We love this idea for some deep breathing exercises! This can be a great strategy for anyone to use to calm down or to decrease stress and anxiety!

A Hoberman's sphere can be a tool to teach breathing as a strategy for sensory needs, anxiety, or anger. Use it to teach children how to breathe slowly and deeply, then exhaling even more slowly, which can send a special message to their brains that they are safe and able to calm down.
