We just had a Mind and Meditation weekend at Yoga Lotus in Norman. We are working with language and rhythm in the picture.
This course shows us what we have Not figured out.
This is why we meditate. There are people in your life that you love but you cannot discuss politics with. There may be pets in your life that just can't get the potty training figured out. We love them and we hate what they do. Holding space for that is made easier with a strong meditation practice.
