DECEMBER 1st - we can’t let it fly by without sharing some of our favorite ways to protect your nervous system during this winter season:

Bundle up & get outside - fresh air is still just as beneficial when it’s cold, grab some friends and family, a warm coat and take a moment to admire those beautiful Christmas lights!

Limit screen time - cozy up with a book and a warm drink to help limit that scroll temptation.

Nourish with hearty meals - don’t forget those veggies:) that warm meal isn’t just filling your tummy, it creates rest and comfort for the nervous system as well!

Take a moment to focus on your breath - the more we do this, the easier it is to achieve peace in this season of chaos (I’m talking to you, mama bear)

Book an appointment with us! Getting adjusted doesn’t just decrease immediate tension and interruption in the nervous system - it promotes the ability for your nervous system to hit that brake petal when needed next time!
