Residents at Rivermont had a joyful time celebrating Happiness Happens Week, learning about the health benefits of smiling and sharing meaningful conversations about joy.

When asked what makes them happiest, residents mentioned everything from family, friends, and pets to sunshine, laughter, music, and chocolate.

Simple pleasures like coffee, popcorn, a good night’s sleep, and hearing “I love you” also brought lots of smiles.

These heartfelt responses reminded us that happiness truly lives in the little moments we share together. 💛😊
