Living Hope Eating Disorder Treatment Center offers a variety of programs and services to help put you or a loved one on the path to a lasting recovery. It is currently the only treatment center in the Oklahoma City and NW Arkansas region specializing in caring for patients with an eating disorder. It is the only treatment center in Oklahoma that offers services to all genders. Living Hope offers

services which incorporate counseling, nutrition education, medical stabilization and group therapy. Depending on the level of care, programs are available for both adolescents and adults.

"When I say Living Hope was one of the first residential centers out of all of my other rtc admissions to genuinely help me realize I had a problem, I mean it. I knew I had an eating disorder, but even despite hospital admissions, I never believed I was genuinely “ sick enough “. Until it clicked, I was, I was very sick.
