The PRISM Study is for adults 18 years of age and older who have been diagnosed with Prurigo Nodularis.

The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of an investigational study drug for Pruritus (“Itch”) Relief.

You may qualify if you:
• Have active Prurigo Nodularis for at least 6 weeks.
• Have lesions on at least 2 different areas of the body
• Have severe itching related to your Prurigo Nodularis
