This space was never just mine—it’s ours. Every class, every connection, every bit of growth has been something we’ve created together. From retreats to teacher trainings, to the quiet, unseen support behind the scenes… it’s all been part of this journey.

So much love, gratitude, and awe for each of you who has walked through these doors and made this space what it is today.

We are so excited to start offering sculpt classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 PM! Monday’s class is taught by Morgan and Wednesday’s class is taught by Arianna. Can’t wait to get sculpted and sweaty with y’all!

SIP + FLOW WORKSHOP

Join Whitney + Rachel for a fun and informative workshop where you’ll learn how to brew your own kombucha at home while exploring the history and health benefits of this curious, effervescent drink.

We’ll begin with one hour of instruction and demonstration with Whitney, including Q&A and samples of three different home-brewed flavors. Then, enjoy one hour of flow with Rachel to round out the experience.

Snacks will be available after class, and complete homebrew kits will be available for purchase separately. Everyone will go home with helpful class literature, including recipes and brewing instructions.
