🌟 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2025: San Nguyen 🌟

We are beyond proud to celebrate San Nguyen as our 2025 Employee of the Year, as voted by both staff and families from all of our 2025 Employee of the Month honorees.

San was first recognized as Employee of the Month in March, and it comes as no surprise that he rose to the top again. A dedicated member of our dining team for 12 years, San is truly a bright spot in each day here at Normandy Park Senior Living. His positivity is infectious, our residents adore him, and he is always willing to step in, support his team, and go the extra mile without ever being asked.

Thank you, San, for your consistency, kindness, and the care you bring to our community every single day. This recognition is so well deserved, and we are incredibly grateful to have you as part of our Normandy Park family.

Cely's dedication shows in every room she touches--thorough, dependable, proactive, and always ready to support her team. Staff regularly express their gratitude for her consistency and the pride she takes in her work.

Cely’s genuine kindness and positive spirit create a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and staff alike. Our building shines a little brighter because of her, and we are deeply thankful for her contributions. Congratulations, Cely--well deserved!

Our hearts are still so full after this week’s Friendsgiving celebrations! Both Assisted Living and Memory Care were filled with laughter, music, and the joy of families gathering around the table with their loved ones.

In Memory Care, we shared one beautiful long table full of appetizers, dinner, and so many moments of connection. Families filled the space with warmth, stories, and more photos than we could count.

Assisted Living was just as lively, with live music, dancing, and a dining room full of smiles. Watching residents and families dance together (with our team right alongside them!) was truly something special.

Thank you to our incredible residents, their families, and our staff who poured their hearts into making this celebration unforgettable. We’re grateful every day for this community, but this week, our cups were overflowing. 🧡

Trunk or Treat at Normandy Park was so much fun yesterday!!!! 🎃 Our residents loved the candy (who doesn’t??) and seeing all the families in their costumes.
