Meet SuperHeart SuperHero Jazmine!

When a resident’s sister arrived from Germany on short notice to say goodbye, Jazmine went above and beyond to ensure she was cared for, too. From arranging transportation and hotel accommodations to personally sitting with her in the lobby until she was picked up, Jazmine was there every step of the way.Through her kindness and presence, Jazmine brought peace to an incredibly emotional moment. Her compassion allowed the sister to spend meaningful time with her loved one and find comfort knowing she was in the best hands. Jazmine’s superpower is Comfort — the kind that comes from a gentle heart and steady support.

Thank you, Jazmine, for being there when it mattered most and reminding us all that sometimes the greatest gift we can give is simply to be present. 💙
