Meet Anna-Liisa LaCroix, Chief Executive Officer. 🌟

Anna-Liisa always knew she wanted to work with seniors. Her career began in the research department of a social services organization, where she helped clients receive community-based services. Here, she realized she wanted to be on the front end, developing meaningful programs that directly enrich the lives of older adults.

Over time, her list of inspiring older adults has only grown. “My experiences with residents have reinforced what my grandparents taught me—every person has a story, and it’s important to learn that story to truly know someone.”

Anna-Liisa deeply values the relationships she builds with residents, families, and staff, believing everything starts with connection. 💛
