As a Distributor in the High-Density Storage and Space Utilization niche, DSS brings Spacesaver Solutions, Hamilton Sorter, and other lines to market in an effort to help clients store files and other "stuff" in a more effective way. We work closely with end-users in the Education, Business, Healthcare, Public Safety, and Government Markets, and value our relationships with the A&D and GC communities as well. Spacesaver is the # 1 Storage Solutions Manufacturer in the world, and we’ve helped some of the most progressive organizations in our territory better utilize their square footage / real estate footprint.
Basic day to day responsibilities would include the following:
-Utilize primarily REVIT and occasionally CAD based design software to create storage solutions for prospective clients (product specific training will be provided).
-Review architectural drawings and bid documents to assess project details in relation to product requirements / specifications, and overall project size + scope.
-Work with salespeople to strategically qualify opportunities, and help write specifications that best fit the customer needs.
-Coordinate with Manufacturers, Architects, and Designers to establish and maintain project schedules.
-Produce budgetary quotes for the team, and help prepare / submit proposals for the clients
-Work with internal team (Install/Project Managers, Salespeople, GM) on key dates and deliverables.
