The reason you keep reverting to old habits has nothing to do with willpower. 🔄
It's a four-part loop — and once you understand it, you can change it deliberately instead of accidentally.
Here's the framework (full breakdown in the new video 👇):
🟢 TRIGGER — The specific cue that starts the behavior. A time of day. An emotion. An environment. Not "stress" in general — a specific kind, at a specific moment.
🟡 CRAVING — Not the food. Not the behavior. The underlying need the behavior is meeting. Relief from tension. Distraction from discomfort. A sense of reward after a hard day.
🟩 ACTION — The behavior itself. And here's the key: this is the ONLY part of the loop you actually need to change. The rest stays the same.
🔵 REWARD — What makes the loop repeat. Your brain stores this sequence automatically — not because you're weak, but because it worked.
The fix isn't to fight the loop. It's to substitute the action with something that delivers the same reward — without the cost.

We see it often: people don’t lack willpower. They’re missing the right kind of support for their weakest habit domain. Use our Support System Gap Check: comment which of these feels hardest right now:

Then build the support that actually matches.
If Nutrition is hardest: pair up with a meal-planning buddy who checks in before grocery day.
