Say goodbye to long nights and hello to the light!

Join us Sunday, Dec 21 • 4:00–5:15pm for a cozy solstice celebration. The winter solstice is a beautiful moment to slow down, reflect, and set your intentions for the year ahead. ❄️🕯️

We’ll flow through energizing sun salutations ☀️ to honor the return of longer days, followed by a grounding flow 🌿 and restorative poses to calm the body + mind. 😌✨

We’ll close with a guided meditation to help you plant seeds for the year to come. 🌱💫

Classes are filling up & if you’re new to GY+M ⬇️💚

• Hot Yoga: capped at 30 students 🧘🏻
• Yoga Sculpt, Barre & Pilates: capped at 25 students to allow room for props💪🏽
• Dance: capped at 20 students for comfortable movement 💃🏻
• Our hot yoga heat range is 80–95° 🔥
• Movement classes are not heated
• No mirrors in our yoga space to support a mindful, inward-focused practice
• Plenty of parking available in the lot 🚗
• Bathrooms are located in the main promenade community area
• GY is a safe, inclusive space for yoga, dance, and movement — please be respectful 🤍

This advanced beginner/intermediate
vinyasa-style class guides students through more advanced postures and creative sequencing. Power links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body.
