North Adams Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers post-acute skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and recovery following surgery or illness, and long-term skilled care for complex medical concerns and custodial care. Conveniently located in an established neighborhood close to the center of North Adams, MA, we have been caring for people in the North Adams area since 1981. Our award-winning care includes short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, long-term care, respite care short stays, and hospice services.
