Red raspberry leaf- naturally high in magnesium, potassium, iron, and b-vitamins making it helpful for relieving nausea, leg cramps, and improving sleep. It is beneficial for the female reproductive system as it strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscles.
Yarrow flower- reduces menstrual cramping, encourages menstruation, anti-inflammatory, andi-spasmodic, lowers blood pressure, and stimulates the release of stomach acid to digest proteins and fats; treats colds, fevers, and indigestion, and is used in skin treatments for slow-healing wounds. ***DO NOT TAKE YARROW IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AS IT MAY INDUCE CONTRACTIONS LEADING TO MISCARRIAGE***
Nettle leaf- used for centuries to treat allergies because of its ability to reduce inflammation, also used to treat anemia, excessive menstruation, pms, arthritis, rheumatism, and skin complaints (especially eczema).
Lemon balm- helps relieve anxiety, nervous agitation, insomnia, stress,heart palpitations, headaches, high blood pressure, functional gastrointestinal omplaints, urinary spasms, and pms symptoms.
Red rose petals- high in vitamin c, iron, bioflavonoids and antioxidants, helps regulate menstruation, reduces anxiety and mood swings.
