• Christina, a mother of four with over 40 years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness enthusiast. Her passion is to help others thrive through every stage of life as she empowers clients to build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. Christina will meet you where you are and guide you to your best self.

• Shannon’s inspiration comes from working out beside her mom with mini dumbbells at just 5 years old. Her coaching style focuses on simplifying fitness and nutrition so it actually fits into your life. With energy, knowledge, and compassion, Shannon helps bridge the gap between science and practicality.

• Patrick has experience competing in both team and individual sports as a former Division I athlete and current competitive fighter. Patrick creates programs built around athleticism and functional movements that build real-world strength, power, and confidence. His philosophy is simple: it’s never too late to start training like an athlete.

1️⃣ Most results come from outside the gym.
Sleep, nutrition, stress. You spend one hour in the gym per day, at most. It’s what you do in the other 23 other hours that make an impact on the benefits you get from working inside the gym.

2️⃣ Sometimes the goal is just maintaining.
While this might not always be exciting, it might just be the place you’re at in life currently. When illness, injury, or life challenges take your focus away from the gym your goals don’t have to be about getting stronger or faster. Just staying maintaining your fitness routine will be the goal.

3️⃣ The best type of exercise you can do is the one you enjoy.
Choosing what you enjoy to do is a key predictor in consistency, and being consist throughout life is what makes the greatest impact on your overall health. Exercise isn’t a chore, don’t force it to be one.
