After an incredible 42 years of service, we are proud to celebrate the retirement of Diane Borchers, LPN, Unit Manager of our Memory Care Unit. For more than 4 decades, she has cared for countless residents and supported generations of families with her compassion, patience and steady leadership. Diane’s dedication has shaped not only the quality of care at Prescott House but also the culture of kindness and teamwork that defines our home today. We thank her for all she has given and wish her the best in her new chapter!

A Special Announcement from Chief Gray and the North Andover Police Department

After an extensive search process, we have found a pawsitively pawfect new Community Resource Dog partner for Officer Wilson and the Community Impact Unit. The female puppy is an English Labrador Retriever. The only “issue” is that SHE needs a name.

The Police Department needs your help!

Please submit name suggestions through October 16, 2025 via social media or by using this form (https://forms.gle/Qn32KQpbaUAezr6U6).
We encourage students and families to work together to suggest the perfect name. The final name will be announced when the pup comes home to North Andover on October 19.

Officer Wilson and the Community Impact Unit will plan a meet and greet when Pawciffer “Insert name here” is big enough. Stay tuned on the NAPD Community Impact Unit page for announcements on her training, adventures, and events.
