I am thrilled with the outstanding service I have been privileged to receive from Mary Taddie, Hearing Instrument Specialist, and from Kathy Kakleas, Community Relations Manager, at Onsite Hearing Care (“OHC”). They have exceeded my expectations! I am a resident at Waterstone of Lexington and was delighted to learn last year, after moving here with my husband, that OHC provides service right here for our convenience and comes for visits every 6 weeks. I signed up and started a long journey to find the ideal customized hearing aids, guided by the expert Hearing Specialists. After trying several different Hearing Aids over the past year, none of which worked for me for various reasons, finally I met Mary Taddie who was able to find exactly the right ones for my ears and I am so extremely happy: I CAN HEAR now! And Kathy has been so faithful in scheduling visits for me over the year and not giving up on me. The expertise, professionalism, diligence and commitment to customer satisfaction demonstrated by these two wonderful people is invaluable to me. I am so grateful and I do not hesitate to recommend Onsite Hearing Care.
