Step into the New Year with clarity, vitality, and deep inner alignment. This 75-minute specialty class is designed to elevate your vibration and guide you into the year ahead feeling grounded, empowered, and intentional.

We will begin with a short journaling session to connect with the goals, desires, and vision you want to bring into the new year. From there, move through 45 minutes of breath-led movement to release stagnant energy, awaken strength and softness in the body, and clear space for what you’re welcoming in. After a gentle savasana, we’ll transition into a guided meditation and visualization practice, followed by one final journaling moment to map your intentions into form.

This experience is for anyone ready to move forward consciously — with heart, purpose, and possibility.

You will walk away feeling:

Arielle is a doctor of physical therapy and a doula, guiding individual clients before, during, and after they give birth through her private practice Find Your Way Mama. Aside from building supportive mini-communities within her prenatal yoga classes at Light House Yoga, she brings unmatched expertise to help her students trust themselves to safely explore the practice.
