Starting wages $18.25-19.50 (based on experience, shift, and location)

Weekly Pay + Differential pay for specified shifts!

We are ready to meet you!

We’re Looking For:

Dependable, caring individuals who want to make a difference
A positive, respectful approach to supporting others
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid Driver’s License preferred (not required at all sites)
Must pass background checks
High School Diploma or GED required

No Experience? No Problem.

We provide on-the-job training, including certifications in:

CRMA (Certified Residential Medication Aide)
Mandt System (de-escalation and relationship-building)
Direct support professional
CPR / first aid
HCBS Service delivery and documentation standards
Trauma-informed, person-centered care strategies

Steve just hit 16 years at MAC on July 1, 2025—a milestone that says it all. As our Chief Operating Officer, Steve leads with clarity, structure, and deep care for both the people we serve and the teams who support them. He’s the backbone of MAC’s operations, compliance, and training systems, always driving us forward with a dignity-first mindset. MAC’s growth, our systems, and our reputation in the community are all tied to Steve’s leadership.

Since February 12, 2018, Alyssa has brought consistency, compassion, and sharp attention to detail to everything she does. As our Office Coordinator and HR Assistant, she’s often the first face new staff see—and the one keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly.
