Sessions include crystal therapy, sound healing and Reiki. Reiki is universal life force energy (also known as chi) that is channeled through ancient symbols that I incorporate into each energy center (chakras) in the body. I also incorporate crystal singing bowls and other various instruments made to resonate with each chakra.
