Yesterday, we proudly honored the incredible veterans who call our Madonna Manor their home. Your bravery, sacrifice, and dedication have shaped our nation’s history and continue to inspire us every day.

From all of us here, thank you for your service and for the countless ways you continue to enrich our community. We are deeply grateful for your courage and your stories of strength, resilience, and love of country.

What an exciting afternoon yesterday! Our residents had a fantastic time learning all about the Whydah shipwreck and the legendary pirate “Black Sam” Bellamy — the only authenticated pirate shipwreck ever discovered, found off the coast of Wellfleet, Massachusetts! 🏴‍☠️

To make the experience even more special, Captain Belliman visited and brought along real artifacts from the shipwreck — including silver coins, a cannonball, and a handmade brass nail! 💰💣🔩

The stories of adventure, treasure, and history truly came to life, sparking great conversations and smiles all around. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this fascinating and fun afternoon! ✨

Happy October from all of us at Madonna Manor! As we are entering the Fall Season, we are fast approaching our Annual Holiday Bazaar which will be held Friday November 14th from 12-7pm and Saturday November 15th from 9-1pm!

As in years past, we are once again seeking any donations to be used at various tables, raffles, as well as for our Bake Sale table!
