Happy Medical Biller Day to our amazing billing team!
Behind every healthy visit, every answered question, and every smooth checkout is a billing team working tirelessly behind the scenes⦠usually with a cup of coffee in one hand and an insurance claim in the other. āš»
To our incredible pediatric billing teamāthank you for decoding insurance language (basically a foreign language), chasing down claims like pros, and somehow keeping it all straight when the rest of us wouldāve given up by 10 a.m. You handle the chaos with patience, precision, and just the right amount of humor.
Because of you, our practice runs smoothly and our providers can focus on caring for kidsāwhile you work your magic behind the curtain.
We see you, we appreciate you, and weāre pretty sure you deserve a medal⦠or at least a coffee break. š

We had a staff meeting early this morning and some of the staff thought it would be funny to try to pull one over on the practice manager by drinking out of anything but an actual cup. Little did they know how cool she is and that she had already seen videos Iike these on social media. (Disclaimer: She also runs this page, so take what is said about her ācoolnessā with a grain of salt. š)
