My client today came in with overall tightness, limited mobility, pulling in the left hip, and an aching back. After stretching out his muscle fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds his muscles), I worked through each layer of muscle to really dig out those knots. After I finished that, I end with the cups to increase circulation to stagnant areas! Come get this work in💪🏾
