While delivering their beautiful hand-painted pumpkins, the Paws for a Cause students from North Baltimore High School noticed it was our resident Ann’s birthday and surprised her with a special song! 🎶🎂🐾

We are so thankful for the North Baltimore High School Paws for a Cause group! 🐾
These incredible students brought over 70 hand-painted pumpkins to brighten the day for our residents and personally delivered each one with a smile. 🎃

🌟 Meet our new Employee Experience Manager, Nicholas Young 🌟

I'm a Brigham Young University, Idaho graduate with an associate's degree in business management, and I’m currently working on my bachelor's in healthcare administration, plus a certificate in human resource management.
I live in Bowling Green, Ohio with my wonderful wife, Luana, and our two little guys—Caden (4) and Israel (2), who keep life busy and full of laughs. When I’m not studying or chasing toddlers, you’ll probably find me on the pickleball court, volunteering in the community, or helping out as an advisor with my church’s young men’s group.
I’m passionate about learning, serving, and making connections and I try to bring that energy into everything I do!

🌟 About Lynn Dillon, Director of Health Services: 🌟

I grew up on Cape Cod and moved to Findlay, Ohio in 2005. I have been a nurse since 1994. I went to undergraduate school at St Michaels College in Vermont for a Bachelor's in Business Administration Degree and then furthered my education at Quincy College in Boston, Massachusetts, to obtain my RN Degree. I have worked in long-term care since 2016. I have been married to my husband, Mike, for 31 years, and have two grown sons, ages 24 and 26, who live in New York City. I enjoy working out at the gym and taking my dog Gracie on long walks. My husband and I travel to visit our boys when we can. We have been a big sports family and spent all of our boys college years traveling across the United States to most of their sporting events. We are passionate about football and baseball. I am very excited to embark on my new position as Director of Health Services here at Briar Hill.

I grew up in Findlay. I graduated from Findlay High School and Owens Community College. I then obtained my Bachelor of Science and Nursing from Western Governors University. I live in Findlay with my husband, Ben! We have 3 fur babies, Bernard, Percy, and Urban! My favorite hobby is crocheting! I'm excited to start my journey with Briar Hill!

Things got a little messy at Briar Hill after our Pie a Leader contest! 🥧 Staff voted, pies were flying, and our resident Rhonda jumped in for the finale! 😆 Huge kudos to Brenda, Leeza, and Riley for being such great sports! 👏💛
