Meet Mina, our newest PT at Apex! With seven years of experience as a PTA and recent DPT graduate from Arcadia University, she specializes in both sports rehab and pelvic floor physical therapy. Mina is passionate about helping women overcome pelvic floor dysfunction, whether it’s postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, or returning to sport. She understands the unique challenges these conditions bring and is committed to providing compassionate, goal-driven care. Having faced her own injuries, Mina connects with her patients on a deeper level, empowering them to regain strength and confidence. Outside the clinic, she enjoys playing volleyball, lifting, yoga, and hiking with her German Shepherd. She believes in a balanced, healthy lifestyle and lives by the motto: ‘Movement is Medicine!’
