Our spacious, serene sanctuary is home to dozens of certified instructors, with classes for all ages and levels. We invite you to retreat to our multifaceted, modern space for a little relaxation and rejuvenation. extendYoga is fully furnished with two beautiful studios, and a retail shop. Inside of our two studios, you will find yoga and fitness classes such as heated and non-heated yoga, TRX Suspension, and more! We offer a variety of workshops, series, seminars and special events. We also offer venue rental for birthday parties, private events, corporate events, etc. Our shop is fully stocked with local beauty products, holistic products and luxury goods such as jewelry, clothing, artwork, yoga apparel and accessories, books and more! ✨1/01/2026: Workshop to Release & Begin Again✨
2025 was no joke
For most of us, it cracked something open — stripped us of old certainty, old identities, and the illusion that we could ever have it all “figured out.” Absolute security is an illusion, and this year proved it.
But maybe that’s the gift. Life doesn’t get easier — we get better at doing life.
Join Kim on New Year’s Day for a two-hour reset practice (1:00-3:00pm) to breathe out the heaviness of 2025 and make space for what’s next. Expect a soulful, full-spectrum vinyasa flow — grounded, breath-led, and intentionally unhurried. Two luxurious hours to move, release, and land in stillness.
There’ll be fire and flow, yes — but also space to rest, reflect, and integrate.
Because this isn’t about resolutions.
It’s about integration.

extendYoga’s guiding principles are social responsibility, a commitment to giving back and caring for the environment. We participate in worthy charities and organizations, frequently offer cause-related classes and events and strive to make yoga accessible by offering consciously affordable classes.
We are conveniently located in North Bethesda between the White Flint and Twinbrook Metro stations and readily accessible from Bethesda, Rockville and Silver Spring. Just off of Randolph Road (northbound) and Twinbrook Parkway (southbound), we have ample, free parking.
