At Park Physical Therapy, our therapists are trained in a variety of manual techniques that can be used to aide in your recovery!
The Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy known as Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Using specially designed tools to help detect and treat areas of soft tissue restriction, our therapists can break up scar tissue/myofascial restrictions, and help decrease chronic inflammation.
Our experienced therapists are specially trained in Instrument-Assisted techniques and use them regularly to assist in their patients' care.
If you suffer from conditions such as tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, scar tissue adhesions, IT band syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints or myofascial pain issues, call our office for an evaluation!
