Don’t let the snow get the best of your back! ❄️💪

If you're heading out to clear the driveway today, keep these quick tips in mind to stay safe:

Push, Don’t Lift: Whenever possible, push the snow like a plow. It’s much easier on your spine than lifting heavy scoops.

Wax Your Shovel: Spritz some non-stick cooking spray on your shovel. The snow will slide right off instead of sticking!

Layer Up: Wear breathable layers so you don't overheat, and keep those feet dry with waterproof boots.

Small Bites: Don't try to move the whole drift at once. Take shallow scoops to keep the weight manageable.

❄️ **SNOW DAY ALERT** ❄️

Stay safe and stay warm, everyone! Due to the heavy snow and hazardous road conditions, **our office will be closed today, Monday February 23, 2026.

The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. We don’t want anyone slipping on a sidewalk or sliding on the roads just to get an adjustment!

What you need to know:

Existing Appointments: If you had a visit scheduled for today, we will be reaching out shortly to get you rescheduled as soon as the roads are clear. We will be extending our office hours in the next couple days to accommodate those who need to reschedule.

Emergency? If you have an urgent concern, please leave a voicemail or send us an mail (Sellaricntr@gmail.com).

If you have to shovel snow, remember to lift with your legs, not your back! This is a very heavy snow so be very careful not to overexert yourself. Take frequent breaks, stay hydrated and make sure you do not overheat by being too bundled up while shoveling.

We’ll be ready to help you work out those "snow shoveling kinks" once we reopen.

Check back here for updates regarding our hours tomorrow. In the meantime, grab some cocoa and enjoy the winter wonderland from inside!
