Today's topic is stress its job and relationship between you and environmental factors and how it may manifest itself in you there is good and bad stress an example of good stress is being excited,anxious or anticipating something that's been long awaited releases dopamine serotonin endorphins adrenaline ect no harm no fail now on the other end of then spectrum of stress is the stress everyone's associated with and normalized so before we dive into stress and how it's cultivated/harvested in (nature) vs what I call the (concrete jungle) aka living life on lives terms as an functioning member of society in 2022 in nature any and all things that fall in the category of living things animals plants bacteria ect living things that fall into that category must meet a criteria of characteristics of living organizations such as, cells/dna/rna, metabolic action, internal environmental changes, growth, art of reproduction, adaptation, interaction, and last but not least respiration any disruption of these actions weather big or small causes bad stress and the term bad stress is loaded because it's a failsafe to help you understand change in one's self or environment so with that back ground in nature If we have a cheeta and a gazelle one is a herbivore🥬 and the other is a carnivore🥩 both need metabolic action for quality of life to be upheld so both are in a stressful state due to hunger the gazelle grazes the planes and activities the goals of feeding however everything is not hunky dory as being a prey animal their are predator animals such as said cheeta the cheeta has been stocking the gazelle so this is the chance we get to see the stress in the full circle so far as nature is concerned the cheeta will take chase to the gazelle which puts the gazelle back into a state of stress in this example the gazelle found food eliminating the stress momentarily and the cheeta has been in a constant state of stress both lack of food and taking chase so for the gazelle all opinions will end in the end of the gazelle stresses by getting away from the cheeta and living to repeat the process or not being so lucky and being the cheetas food now in the cheetas perspective it can be ither or such as a successful hunt which is stress subsidies for the time being or missing the opportunity and hunger continues or they parish so with that small example when it comes to humans and this is going on the whim that said human has all the 20th century amenities home,water,food,clothing ect which can also give stress but the focus on the human and stress and its environment in the (concrete jungle) model is that most if not all of your stress will not come form the previously given examples it will come form one of if not all these factors bills,obligations, social/ societal norms/obligations, work environments, nature of career choice both physically and mentally taxing, mental health ect the list could go on forever so the big thing to take form this is you will never not be under subject to these factors maybe some more then less but none the less as being a living organization we are bound to them so focus on how can I work on or interact with these elements or factors in a clean fashion or mathematically speaking have no remainders or least amount possible I call that working as ergonomically correct/ efficient as possible none of this you will pick up over night its mathematics you build on your understanding of the fundamentals and add on as it applies or further your understanding of oneself and this is a segway into (cns) central nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system and fight or flight which in a way is deep seeded almost reactions vs conscious decisions IT IS a conscious decision but you've made that decision who knows when but it's basically like you default setting or what I like to call your autopilot and I also almost forget to mention in any state of stress both short and long term it suppress pretty much everything that isn't your critical assessment in you cns aka brain and nervous system your respiratory system cardiovascular system your adrenals for adrenaline in hopes to get you and your body out of the environment by any means necessary through focus in the mentioned areas by giving you momentarily hyper abilities so theirs a tone of into on this and I encourage putting in the effort to learn thyself for thyself 😁until next time much love peace & prosperity sincerely Mr. Williams⛎️⚕️
