Growing up with my youngest brother, who was diagnosed with autism at a young age, gave me a front-row seat to both the challenges and incredible potential within the disability community.
During my college years as a student-athlete, I spent every break working with my brother and other clients, learning what quality care really looks like. I saw the difference that compassionate, skilled support could make in someone's lifeโand I also saw where the system was falling short.
That experience became the foundation for Beautiful Minds Group. We didn't just want to start another home care company. We wanted to create the kind of support we wished had been available for our family.
