RTC Fitness We help motivated people improve their health & quality of life in a sustainable and meaningful way. We are RTC. Then Nutrition Coaching is what you need.

The rich diversity of our members, coaches, and community make us who we are, and the support we have for one another shows us what we can be, which includes working to be the best possible version of ourselves. At our foundation we are a health and wellness facility offering Personal Training, Small Group Classes (including kids programs), and Nutrition Coaching, but what we really are is so much more than that! (check out our pictures and videos to see for yourself). We are a community of parents, students, teachers, lawyers, scientists, doctors, and every day people, and we are here to help you. All of our programs and services are designed for all levels and abilities. Individuals do not need to be "in-shape" to start one of our programs. You just need to show up and be ready to work hard and be nice to people. With our Personal Training program you will work one-on-one with a trained professional. You will discuss your goals and start down a path to achieve those goals! Each Personal Training session is either 30 or 60 minutes long and is scheduled around your availability. Small Group Classes run for 45-60 minutes and are led by a group coach. Each class has a custom program designed that is constantly varied to work on building overall functional strength and wellness. Any class and workout can be modified to meet the needs of any individual regardless of their current ability or background. The group coach will lead you through the workout(s) for the day, bringing you through warm-ups and progressions to make sure you are moving safely & efficiently, and pushing you to work your hardest. Looking to really dial things in and achieve some specific body composition goals? Schedule an InBody scan to learn about your overall body composition and to help set some realistic and specific goals to get you to your best you. Meet regularly with our nutrition coaches (online or in person) who will walk you through your customized nutrition plan, while of course holding you accountable. If you’re tired living a life limited by the way your body looks, feels, or performs and you are ready to invest in your long-term health and wellness, to look and feel your best, then we want to help you! Shout out to our February Member of the Month, Scott Anderson!

Scott joined RTC last year, says that he has “always stayed relatively active,” enjoying cycling, mountain biking, tennis, and lifting weights. Scott ultimately came to RTC “looking for some different programming and trainers.” Now that he’s a fixture at RTC, Scott enjoys a mixture of the class options that are available, and they’re helping him meet his fitness goals. “I really needed to do some more focused lifting, and the Build classes have been great for that. I don’t have to think. I just show up and follow the excellent program on the screen. Burn classes are great for cardio and the WODs are just plain painful but so much fun.”

Scott has two daughters, ages 28 and 26, who he proudly says are “wonderful, productive members of society.” Scott runs a small manufacturing business with his brother and cousin called Everhard Products, which “makes metal things you’ve never heard of!”

* Best vacation spot: Zermatt, Switzerland 
* Something that always makes me smile: watching the good CrossFitters doing handstand walks

🎉 RTC Frequent Flyer Club – January 2026 🎉

Every month, we celebrate the members who show up 12 or more unique days — not for streaks or perfection, but because consistency is what creates real change.

This list isn’t about checking boxes.
It’s about showing up for yourself — regularly, intentionally, and with purpose.

January always brings a crowd. But these names? They’ll still be showing up in March, in July, in November.
They’re investing in their health, in their energy, in the years ahead.

The first 2026 Member of the Month is Tom Colston, who joined RTC in July 2021. Tom was introduced to CrossFit on a dare from 2 of his sons, and then gave it a try at MTM Fitness back in 2013. “I got my butt truly kicked and was hooked after my trial period,” he says. Since joining RTC, Tom has undergone multiple surgeries, but he’s always battled back with the help and support of the coaches and the community. “RTC is a non-pretentious, honest gym that provides a clean safe space for all comers to get fit. Allie provides a facility with great atmosphere, quality equipment, excellent programming, and the means to deliver her vision through a top notch staff. He notes, “The building is just an empty space without the great people that come to RTC every day. The community is friendly and supportive. There is something special about a hard workout with shared pain!”

Tom and his wife Sarah have been married for 44 years. They have 5 sons who have given them “the gift” of 15 grandchildren. Another important member of their family is a 3 year old Weimaraner named Annie. Tom owns a small oilfield business that he started in 1992. His sons work with him at the business, where they sell drill bits and supplies to the oilfield.

Fun Facts about Tom!
* People would be surprised to know that: “I showed Quarter Horses as a youth and rode bulls. I compete in long range rifle, traveling to matches in the USA and internationally. I go on mission trips to the Amazon and I have honey bees.”
* Something that always makes me smile: holding babies and watching kids laugh
* If I won the lotto I’d: share some, spend some, and save some
* Any New Year’s resolutions? Nope…that’s just setting yourself up for failure
* A goal I’m working on: stay healthy, make the right choices, and enjoy life

Since joining us in the fall, Allison is down 7 lbs, down 3% body fat, and has added 1 lb of lean muscle.

That last part matters.

Yes, muscle loss can happen as we age — but when women lift, fuel well, and stay consistent, muscle is still absolutely buildable.

This is what sustainable progress looks like.

No extremes. No shortcuts. Just smart training, accountability, and showing up week after week.

2025 reminded us of something we see every single day inside these walls: real progress is built through consistency, not perfection.

Every class attended, every PR logged, every rep lifted represents someone choosing to show up for themselves—sometimes on the hard days, sometimes when motivation was low, but always with a commitment to growth. These numbers tell a powerful story, but what matters most is what’s behind them: stronger bodies, more confidence, better habits, and a community that keeps people moving forward year after year.

Whether you came in a few times a week or made this place a daily anchor, you should be proud. Growth looks different for everyone, and every step counts.

Thank you for trusting us with your health, your time, and your effort in 2025. We’re excited to keep building momentum together in the year ahead.

This photo matters to us more than most.

30 people showed up for our annual New Year’s workout this morning. While most coaching gyms close on New Year’s Day, we start the year by doing what we always do—showing up together and getting to work.

Here’s the part most people miss:
Tomorrow morning, gyms everywhere will be packed. For a week or two. Then attendance fades, motivation drops, and most people quietly disappear again.

But the people in this photo?
Most of them were here last year. Many have been here for several years. And almost all of them will be standing in this same spot again for our New Year’s workout 12 months from now.

That’s not willpower.
That’s not hype.
That’s not a perfect January.

That’s what a coaching gym actually provides.

✔️Accountability when motivation dips.
✔️Support when life gets busy.
✔️Friendship that makes showing up easier.
✔️A professional coaching team that keeps people safe, progressing, and confident year after year—not just during a “reset.”

This is what works:
• Structured, professional programming, not random internet workouts
• CREDENTIALED trainers who know you and pay attention
• A community that notices when you’re there—and when you’re not
• Progress built over time, not burned out in 14 days

We’re proud of these people. Not because they crushed a workout today—but because they keep choosing consistency, year after year.
