RTC Fitness We help motivated people improve their health & quality of life in a sustainable and meaningful way. We are RTC. Then Nutrition Coaching is what you need.

The rich diversity of our members, coaches, and community make us who we are, and the support we have for one another shows us what we can be, which includes working to be the best possible version of ourselves. At our foundation we are a health and wellness facility offering Personal Training, Small Group Classes (including kids programs), and Nutrition Coaching, but what we really are is so much more than that! (check out our pictures and videos to see for yourself). We are a community of parents, students, teachers, lawyers, scientists, doctors, and every day people, and we are here to help you. All of our programs and services are designed for all levels and abilities. Individuals do not need to be "in-shape" to start one of our programs. You just need to show up and be ready to work hard and be nice to people. With our Personal Training program you will work one-on-one with a trained professional. You will discuss your goals and start down a path to achieve those goals! Each Personal Training session is either 30 or 60 minutes long and is scheduled around your availability. Small Group Classes run for 45-60 minutes and are led by a group coach. Each class has a custom program designed that is constantly varied to work on building overall functional strength and wellness. Any class and workout can be modified to meet the needs of any individual regardless of their current ability or background. The group coach will lead you through the workout(s) for the day, bringing you through warm-ups and progressions to make sure you are moving safely & efficiently, and pushing you to work your hardest. Looking to really dial things in and achieve some specific body composition goals? Schedule an InBody scan to learn about your overall body composition and to help set some realistic and specific goals to get you to your best you. Meet regularly with our nutrition coaches (online or in person) who will walk you through your customized nutrition plan, while of course holding you accountable. If you’re tired living a life limited by the way your body looks, feels, or performs and you are ready to invest in your long-term health and wellness, to look and feel your best, then we want to help you! Let’s hear it for our November Member of the Month, Becca Williams!

Becca was very active in her 20s and enjoyed playing competitive softball. Then, her kids came along, and like many parents, she set aside her own activities to “cheer them on from the sidelines” at their sporting events. “After a decade of not prioritizing my fitness,” she says, “I found RTC and started to love working out again.” Since joining RTC in 2023, Becca has lost 60 pounds and feels like she is “the strongest” she has ever been. “I can keep up with my kids again!” she says. Along with her own hard work and dedication, Becca credits the RTC community for always supporting and encouraging her. “Everyone is so supportive that I feel I can try anything without judgement.”

Becca has two boys, Ryan, 14, and Jared, 12, who are in honors classes at Perry and are both in “about every sport possible.” Becca and family adopted their dog, Lucy, a lab/hound mix, from the dog warden 3 years ago.

Fun Facts about Becca!

* People would be surprised to know that: I played on the boys basketball team for 3 years in grade school since we didn’t have a girls team.
* If I won the lotto I’d: pay off everything for everyone in my family, donate some, and then travel as much as possible
* A superpower I’d love to have is: the ability to fly just so I can reach things on the top shelf without having to climb on the counter lol
* A goal I’m working on: pacing myself during longer workouts

Today we’re celebrating someone who brings so much heart to our RTC family — the incredible Jeanine Booker! 🌟

Jeanine has officially joined the 500 WOD Club, and we couldn’t be more proud. As a, mom, wife, our very own Mighty Mights Coach, and a wildly talented photographer, Jeanine wears many hats — and somehow manages to show up with kindness and determination every single day.

She’s one of those souls you’re instantly drawn to — always welcoming, endlessly encouraging, and a true example of what it means to work hard and be nice.
