Find Your Perfect Match:
Vinyasa: For those who enjoy movement, variety, and a faster pace. Expect continuous, breath-synchronized movement to build strength and endurance.
Slow Flow / Align: Perfect for beginners, or anyone who wants the benefits of Vinyasa without the intensity. We focus on flowing movement, linking breath, and proper alignment.
Gentle / Foundation: A slow and gentle pace best for beginners or those who want a calming practice. We focus on simple postures, building foundational strength, and deep relaxation.
Yin: Very slow, with passive, floor-based poses held for 3β5 minutes. Best for improving joint health, releasing deep tension in connective tissues, and cultivating meditation stillness.
