I loved the products I tried when I first went veg. The frozen and canned goodies were easy to find at small, independent health food stores. This is a bummer.

This has been my favorite breakfast lately - berries, yogurt (or whipped silken tofu), and crunchy Kashi cereal. It keeps me satisfied for hours and takes no time to put together. What did you have?

It's a bad pain day (thanks, body), so meals are all about quickness today. Breakfast was just Dave's Killer Bread with some no sugar added jam and the water and coffee. Lunch was leftover potato salad with more water. Dinner is chili and cornbread with whatever beverage I grab at the time.

Use that pantry and freezer, y'all, especially with all of these recalls. Use pre-cut fresh produce to help cut down the prep time. All else fails, keep your healthy (or healthy-ish) favorite take out options marked on menus so takeout is easy (especially when you can send someone to pick it up for you)
