I am a Marine Corps Veteran who served my country during the Vietnam era. During my adult life, I have always prefered chiropractic care over medical doctors care when it pertains to joint and muscle pain. I have had chiropractic adjustments all over the United States and internationally, but I have never experienced an adjustment method called DEFLEXOLOGY created and perfected by Doctor Jay Schwartz who in my opinion is number one on my chiropractic treatment scale of one through ten with one rated the best. I was referred to Doctor Jay by a trusted friend. I wondered why we were the same age, but she walked without the aid of a cane or walker; plus she did not have constant joint pain like I did. I walk into Doctor Jay's office using a walker. A few months later, I walked into his office without it? A good day for me is when I have an appointment with Doctor Jay. I look forward to the positive environment and the great sense of humor of Charity, his assistant. No matter what stressors I am experiencing at the time I look forward to a good laugh and positive conversation. I feel better physically and mentally when I leave. I don't understand why other Chiropractors don't adopt and learn the Deflexology method of adjustment because it works! I think Doctor Jay developed a brilliant
method of Chiropractic care.

Everything about this practice is amazing. I walked in to Dr. J hardly moving my neck. An adjustment and massage therapy, I'm moving better than I did before the stiffness. I also appreciate the knowledge given on the body to keep it functioning properly.
